Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $655 per night, except holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $498 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $780 per night. Seven (7) night minimum year round. Prices are in US dollars, per night based on double occupancy, Mexican taxes are included.
