ED-101  Los Muertos beach Condo - First floor ocean front two bedroom vacation rental in one of the most sought after condominium buildings in Vallarta, with 22 units. The master with king and the guest bedroom with two twins, two baths, cable television in living room, VCR, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in bedrooms, spacious living and dining area, ceiling fans, wireless internet, balcony with some partial ocean view. Approximately 1,400 square feet.

A tastefully decorated condo with quite a lovely collection of Mexican handcrafts and artifacts, and from your private balcony you will overlook a pleasantly landscaped courtyard with Banderas Bay in the background. Note: Some nice ocean view from the balcony, but as the common area terrace is in front of the condo balcony, there's no real beach view.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, wifi in the reception common area and there are computers available in the conference room. The English speaking staff available during the day and early evening is friendly and helpful. Popular beach front restaurant. Daily maid service six (6) days per week, except for Sunday and Mexican holidays.

The El Dorado condos are very centrally located so it's a short stroll or inexpensive taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk coffee shops and cafes, fine restaurants and stores, and the lively Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges and nightclubs. A short two blocks to the the well known Blue Chairs beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos and then across the popular pedestrian bridge to the Malecon boardwalk in the downtown area.

All public areas of the building are now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The pool is heated from Nov 1-May 1 each year. Four (4) persons maximum. No children under the age of 12, no exceptions. Bath towels are not to be used at the beach, please.

There is a $200 refundable security deposit for this luxury vacation rental which I hold for my clients in case of damages and return within 7-10 days of departure. All reservations require a 50% deposit to be received within five-six (5-6) days. For this rental property, the final payment is due at 60-65 days before arrival.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $240 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $175 per night (may be discounted please ask); Holidays: Christmas and New Year, Dec 19-Jan 1, $290 per night. Taxes are included. Generally it's a five (5) night minimum except for the holiday weeks which are seven (7) nights minimum.
