Three bedrooms, with two king beds and one queen, three baths, high beamed ceilings with 2 cupolas (domes), stereo/CD player, wireless internet, fully air conditioned, a fully equipped kitchen with new microwave, toaster, blender, pans, coffee maker and eating utensils and four (4) cable televisions, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Main balcony with lovely panoramic bay and Los Muertos beach views, ample living and dining room area. Master bedroom is beach-front, the other two bedrooms overlook Amapas street. Approximately 1,900 square feet. Maximum of six (6) persons. No pets are allowed. There's a mini-split a/c unit in each bedroom, and also in the living area.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, popular beachfront restaurant. Daily maid service except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. Short stroll to South Side bars, restaurants, shopping and the Blue Chairs beach area.  

All El Dorado vacation rentals are non-smoking including the balconies. All public areas of the building are now also non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The pool is heated from November 1 to May 1 each year. Bottled purified water is available at no charge. Check-in is generally after 4 pm, and check-out is at 12 Noon. The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations of the building are the responsibility of the guests.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 18 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $348 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $232 per night; Holiday weeks, including Christmas, New Years and Easter week, $464 per night.
