ED-22  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor water-front condo in one of the most sought after buildings in Vallarta, with 22 units. One bedroom with king bed and cable television, a lovely posh bathroom with shower, a CD player, overhead fans, air conditioning in bedroom only, equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster, wireless internet. The living room with french-type windows that open with nice views of Banderas Bay (no actual balcony). Non-smokers only please; no children. Recently totally remodeled and renovated. Approximately 800 square feet or 74 sq. meters.

From this lovely 2nd floor unit, you can experience amazing views of Banderas Bay, wonderful ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets, and when the moon is full some very romantic evenings.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean and beach views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and a popular beach-front restaurant. Daily maid service six (6) days per week, except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. El Dorado condominiums are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side fine restaurants, sidewalk cafes and stores, the exciting gay Vallarta nightlife of clubs, bars and lounges, and a short two blocks to the the world-famous Blue Chairs gay beach. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the malecon boardwalk of the El Centro downtown area with its shops, public art and nightclubs. 

All public areas of the condo building are now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The dipping pool is heated from Nov 1-May 1 each year. Two (2) people maximum in this luxury one (1) bedroom condo. A five (5) night minimum, except holidays when it's seven (7) nights minimum.

Note: All reservations require 50% down at the time of the booking, due within four to six (5-6) days of the reservation date. The balance or final payment is due at 60-65 days prior to arrival. The El Dorado 202 requires a $200 refundable security deposit with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of your departure.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-May 31, except for holiday weeks, $202 per night; Summer: Jun 1-Oct 31, $120 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 19-Jan 2, $222 per night.
