ED-204  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor oceanfront condo. Two bedrooms, master with king bed and large closet space, the other with two doubles, two baths, nicely decorated with wood table and wood furnishings, air conditioning in bedrooms, cable television, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and bottled water, 4 burner gas stove, dishes and utensils, ceiling fans, living and dining area, balcony opens off master bedroom and living area with nice bay views. Music can be streamed from the TV; the DVD player also plays music through the TV. The owner recently added a new cable provider that has much more English language programming. Note: Sorry, but this El Dorado unit is currently unavailable.

The balcony runs the length of the unit, has ocean views, a patio table and four chairs, as well as a lounger chair off the master bedroom. The condominium was recently renovated and painted, with new floors and a new kitchen. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. No parties or events allowed.

Condo building with security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, popular ocean-front restaurant, and a common area heated dipping pool (Nov-May) and sundeck terrace with lovely beach and ocean views. Maid service is six (6) days a week, except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. Note: The 204 condo can also accommodate two (2) small children for a total of six (6) people, but please do inquire first about extra children/people. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 12pm Noon.

Condominiums are all non-smoking, including the balconies. All public areas of the El Dorado building are now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any of the public areas. The dipping pool is heated from Nov 1-May 1 every year.

The El Dorado complex is centrally located close to all Old Town restaurants, unique stores, relaxing sidewalk coffee shops and cafes and the high-energy Vallarta gay nightlife of lounges, bars, clubs and fun Mexican cantinas. A short two block stroll to the gay beaches at the world-famous Blue and Green Chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos or through Olas Altas street and then across the popular pedestrian bridge to the downtown boardwalk with its many tourist attractions, colorful art galleries, unique stores and nightly performers.

Condo rates: Winter I: Dec 1-Jan 31, except for holiday week, $310 per night; Winter II: Feb 1-Apr 30, $280 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 30, $250 per night; November, $290 per night.
