Master bedroom with king bed, the guest bedroom with king and a twin, private baths, air conditioning in bedrooms, two cable televisions, wireless internet, stereo/CD player, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and table settings, hair dryer and iron, breakfast bar, DVD player, ceiling fans in all rooms, telephone for local calls, purified drinking water, nice living and dining area opening onto balcony with some pleasant ocean views. Approximately 1,300 square feet. Non-smoking unit. Sleeps up to five (5) people maximum.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. Daily maid service, except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. Short stroll to South Side bars, restaurants, shopping and the Blue Chairs beach area.

Condos are all non-smoking, including the balconies. All public areas of the building are now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The dipping pool is heated from Nov 1-May 1 each year.

The El Dorado complex is centrally located so it's a short stroll or inexpensive taxi to all Old Town relaxing sidewalk coffee shops and cafes, fine restaurants and stores, and the lively gay Vallarta nightlife of bars, cantinas and happening nightclubs. A short two blocks to the the well known Blue Chairs gay beach. Stroll along Los Muertos or through Olas Altas street, and then across the popular pedestrian bridge to the downtown Malecon boardwalk with its many tourist attractions, art galleries, unique shops and nightly performers.
