Queen bed in the ocean-front master and a king in the back bedroom, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, disposal, blender, dishwasher. There's also cable TV in master bedroom and guest bedroom, DVD/CD player hooked into the TV in the master bedroom, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, alarm clock, iron and ironing board. Wrap around balcony furniture has recently been replaced, and there is a new microwave and toaster oven.

Condo features: This nicely appointed condo has an ample wrap around balcony with pleasant spacious beach and bay view, and the unit has a modern look. Maid service is Monday and Thursday and renter is asked to pay a tip of 80 pesos per week/per person to the maid. Condominium is approximately 1,275 square feet, has a laundry room with washer and dryer, wireless internet, and an ultraviolet purified water system. Non-smoking unit; pets are not allowed. Wheelchair access.

The Playa Bonita condo building has a large ocean-view common area heated pool and sundeck terrace on the main level, reception desk, 24 hour security, and an elevator. Normal beach noise and activity assorted with waterfront property is to be expected. There also is a private beach area with palapas owned by the Playa Bonita Association for use by owners and their guests. Clients must wear the building-issued ID wristband while they are guests.

Short walk to all Old Town gay bars & clubs, restaurants and lively nightlife. Right near the Blue and Green chairs of the Los Muertos Vallarta gay beach. Building is next door to the beach-front Blue Chairs hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment until no later than 10pm-11pm.
