PB-601  Los Muertos beach Condo - Sixth floor ocean-front larger, spacious two bedroom, two bath fully furnished vacation rental almost directly behind the gay beach. King size bed in each bedroom with private bath, a nicely equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, bottled water and a disposal. Living area opening onto a large double balcony with beautiful Los Muertos beach and Banderas Bay views. Recently remodeled with upgrades, new furnishings and touches, see photos below for before and after.

Condo amenities include cable television, DVD player, laundry room with washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms only, ceiling fans, alarm clock, linens and towels, wireless internet. Condo has a remodeled, expansive living area as it used to be a three bedroom, but the previous owners took out the front bedroom and made the living room larger. The open floor plan and the extra long balcony create a seamless connection between the condo, the sky and the sea. Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the condo, outside only on the veranda, please. Children allowed.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. We ask you to be kind enough to please be sure to tip the maid.

Condo building with elevator, large heated common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace, a 24 hour reception desk and security. Registered guests must wear the wrist band which is part of the condo regulations. People not registered or staying in the rental unit will not be allowed to sit at the Playa Bonita beach palapas or use the pool.

Condominium building is directly on the beach so normal beach-noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. The building is located next door to a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment in the evenings until approximately 10pm-11pm. All clients must wear the Playa Bonita arm bands which is part of the condo regulations. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.

The Playa Bonita condos are located a short walk to the main South Side area for easy access to the relaxed charm of the Old Town area with its pleasant sidewalk cafes, fun people watching and the lively Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, cantinas, bars and lounges. You can take an enjoyable stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the malecon boardwalk, the historic church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other downtown Puerto Vallarta tourism activities and attractions.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Playa Bonita condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $225 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, except for holidays, $285 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $135 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, and also Easter week, $385 per night. Special weekly rates for winter at $1710 per week, plus taxes, except for holidays. Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation.
