PB-501  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fifth floor ocean-front 1,200 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath condo on the south end of Los Muertos beach right behind the gay beach. King bed in both the master and guest bedroom, unit sleeps up to four (4) people. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, satellite television in living room, wireless internet, CD and DVD player, air conditioning in bedrooms only, washer/dryer, telephone for local calls, ceiling fans, living and dining area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and Banderas Bay views.Wheelchair access. Smoking outside only on the veranda terrace. No pets, no children allowed.

Some unit improvements in 2021 included new a/c units in the bedrooms, new ceiling fans, new refrigerator, new full size washer/dryer, new iron/ironing board, and new linens and towels. Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be $25.00 USD per day. We ask you to please be sure to tip the maid.

Condominium building with a large heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security, and an elevator. Registered guests must wear the bracelet which is part of the condo regulations. People not registered or staying in the rental unit will not be allowed to sit at the Playa Bonita beach palapas or use the pool. The Playa Bonita condo building is located next door to a lively gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment in the evening until usually not later then 10pm-11pm.

The Playa Bonita condos are located a short walk to the main Romantic Zone area for easy access to the relaxed charm of Old Town with its pleasant sidewalk cafes, fun people watching and the lively gay Vallarta nightlife of bars, clubs, lounges and Mexico cantinas. You can take a pleasant stroll along Los Muertos beach and head across the new pedestrian bridge to the the malecon boardwalk, the historic church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other downtown Vallarta tourism attractions and activities.

Condominium building is directly off the beach so normal beach-noise and activity are to be expected. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Playa Bonita condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $225 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Note: In this PB-501 condo vacation rental, the final payment for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks is due at ten (10) weeks before arrival; for February rentals, the final payment is due at sixty-five to seventy (65-70) days before arrival; all other rental days, final payment at 35-40 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $225 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $157 per night; Holiday weeks: Easter week each year, as well as Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $275 per night. Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation. Three (3) nights minimum rental except for holiday weeks with a seven (7) night minimum.
