Non smoking unit; smoking in unit will forfeit the security deposit. Guests are not allowed to have pets.

The condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, a common area spacious heated infinity swimming pool, hammocks, 24 hour security, elevator, a gated entry, free assigned parking, and is handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations). A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including art-walks, restaurants, the downtown malecon and more. The Los Muertos Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

Note: As with most MDA units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a seven to ten days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-7 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday rentals, due at 60-70 days before arrival.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-May 31, $510.00 per night; Summer: Jun 1-Oct 31, $405.00 per night; Holiday weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $610 per night. Taxes included in price.
