MDA-209 - Los Muertos Beach Condominium - This spacious three bedroom, three bath Puerto Vallarta condo, which combines luxury with nature, is situated on the 2nd floor at the secure and exclusive private community Residencias Molino de Agua, next to Los Muertos Beach and on the edge of the Cuale River on the South Side-Romantic Zone. Approximately 285 square meters or 3,054 square feet. Sleeps six (6) guests maximum.

This Vallarta vacation rental condo is tucked away toward the river end of the building which means added privacy while still enjoying a nice beach view. An elevator takes you directly to the door and inside lays a collection of 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, dining and living areas and outdoor balconies. Local, handmade furniture defines the contemporary interior and includes an onyx dining table for 8, outdoor lounge seating, generously appointed bedrooms and a living room with comfortable seating for ten people.

Bedrooms are appointed with oversized beds and their own seating areas as well as luxury Egyptian cotton sheets. Each bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in rain shower as well as vessel sinks, luxury bath towels, hair dryers and bath products. The master bath even includes a jacuzzi tub overlooking the Sierra Madre mountains. Condo with king bed in main master, queen bed in the second master, and a queen bed in smaller guest bedroom.

Condo features: For the gourmet, the kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a professional grade range. It is stocked with a complete selection of cookware, china, barware, stemware and cutlery, disposal, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, purified water system, and blender. And of course, there is a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Other niceties available at the Molino de Agua 209 include one high-definition TV with cable programming including HBO/MAX, a second TV with basic cable programming, and a DVD player. There is a portable stereo with CD player and iPod dock, as well as iPod docks in each of the bedrooms, safe in unit, BBQ grill, washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, a Vonage phone for free calling to Canada and the USA, iron and ironing board, and internet wireless access throughout this luxury vacation rental.

Oversized beach towels and additional Egyptian cotton bedding, pillows and bath towels are also available in this condominium. Kids allowed. Smoking only outside please.

The Molino condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, free assigned parking, common area spacious heated infinity swimming pool, 24 hour security, a gated entry, and is handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations). A riverside garden area that blends into the natural environment and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including art-walks, restaurants, the malecon & downtown and so much more.

Located close to South Side-Old Town shopping, fine world-class dining and relaxing cafes as well as the high-energy Puerto Vallarta nightlife of great gay clubs & bars. Short 10-12 minute walk or quick taxi to the world-famous Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs.

Note: The applicable 16% IVA taxes are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected.

Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rentals is less than this or requires additional services, there is a charge of $25 USD per day.

Note: For this Molino de Agua 209 condo there is a fully refundable security deposit of $500.00 USD due with the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and send that back within a 7-10 days of client's departure.

A 50% initial deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for the holidays when the final payment is due at 65-70 days before arrival. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation or an unforeseen event.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $410 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $365 per night; Christmas and New Years holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $610 per night. Taxes are not included in price; the applicable 16% IVA taxes are not included in the rental rate noted here and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected.
