LDM-14  Olas Altas/Los Muertos beach area condo - Newly renovated condo located just 2 and 1/2 short blocks up from popular Los Muertos beach. This condo is nicer than most off-beach properties. The owners have lovingly restored the unit with high-end amenities such as stainless steel appliances, natural stone countertops and floors, new bath and kitchen fixtures as well as tasteful furnishings and linens. Both bedrooms feature spacious custom built closets and private baths. Master opens onto main terrace. Modern kitchen with plenty of counter space. Living area has open airy feel that extends onto a lovely terrace overlooking lush tropical gardens with majestic palms and the ocean in the distance.

This vacation home has been designed with elegance while remaining quite warm and inviting. The apartment boasts vistas from the balcony off the living room and from the main bedroom. There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The condo also includes a dining table with four chairs, ceiling fans, cable TV and stereo in the living room, wireless internet, local phone line and weekly maid service. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, quality refrigerator and a stacked washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bath, mini-split a/c, cable TV, and opens onto terrace with tropical view. Guest bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, closet, en-suite bath, television, looks onto  inner courtyard.

The Loma del Mar apartment complex includes a large beautifully tiled pool in the common area with plenty of sun, well maintained grounds with gardens, and on-site administration and security.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

Excellent location is the best feature of this well priced condo. One block from Olas Alta street for easy access to the charm & energy of the Romantic Zone with its sidewalk cafes, boutiques, art galleries and fun people watching and the lively Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges and clubs. Short stroll to the the well known gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Walk along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular new pedestrian bridge to the malecon boardwalk of the Puerto Vallarta el Centro downtown area and its various landmarks, the historic Cathedral of Guadalupe and fine restaurants.

Condo property includes: Two bedrooms each with a/c and private bath, cable TV and stereo in living area, TV in bedrooms, telephone with private line for local calls, wireless internet, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, nice terrace with some local views, purified water (large bottles) available through reception, common area pool. Maid service twice weekly. Approximately 75 square meters or 809 sq. feet. Maximum of four (4) persons; minimum three (3) night rental, except with seven (7) nights for holiday weeks. Check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Loma del Mar condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $200 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $130 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $95 per night; Holidays: Easter week, and Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $185 per night. Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation.
