This Vallarta condo is conveniently located just a block away from Los Muertos beach and two blocks away from the popular Blue chairs gay beach. A bi-lingual, friendly manager is available for any questions you may have. 

Condo features: Five bedrooms with 3 king beds (normally arranged as 1 king in master and 4 singles, but singles can be joined), 1 queen and 1 matrimonial; fully air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster and purified bottled water, cable television, telephone and Vonage with unlimited calls to US and Canada, CD and DVD player, iron and ironing board, beach towels, washer and dryer and two safes. Also available to clients of the El Almendro penthouse is high speed wireless internet.

Maid service twice (2 times) per 7 day rental; extra service may be available for approximately 400 pesos. No smoking; no pets allowed; children are ok. Note: Approximately 60 stairs up to this luxurious condominium of about 2,800 square feet. Sleeps up to eight-ten (8-10) guests maximum, with two (2) guests per bedroom maximum.

Nicely detailed decor and amenities have been appointed throughout to make clients feel right at ease. Luxury linens, upscale toiletries and quality towels are just a few of the features which have been personally selected to make guests feel pampered when staying in this lovely home away from home.

El Almendro apartment building has a rooftop common area sundeck terrace, palapa and dipping pool with nice mountain, jungle view and a partial Bay view. Note: Nearby work may cause noise and dust while the building is under construction, until around May 2016.

Within just a few minutes walk, you can also find yourself at the center of the best dining in town and the exciting Vallarta gay nightlife of Mexican cantinas, clubs and martini bars. An array of art galleries, unique stores, stylish boutiques and the famed downtown Malecon boardwalk are also within fairly easy (15-20 minute) walking distance.

May be rented as a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom condo. A 50% deposit is required within four-six (4-6) business days from the date the reservation is made. There is a $250.00 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for my clients in case of damages and send back within a week or so of departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, 3/4/5 bedrooms: $300/$400/$500 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 3/4/5 bedrooms: $250/$350/$400 per night; Thanksgiving week: $600 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $700 per night.
