A magnificent 14,000 square foot Puerto Vallarta villa perched on the hillside above the Los Muertos beach coast and situated on an acre of waterfront property surrounded by a lush tropical garden and a massive brick wall for privacy. With ten spacious bedrooms and marble baths, this luxurious villa estate has been host to celebrities and dignitaries from around the world and is considered one of the "showplaces" of Puerto Vallarta. Truly spectacular views of Banderas Bay from every room. The grand 20' x 40' swimming pool, sun deck, and an outdoor palapa bar that can seat 25 guests makes this villa ideal for accommodating large groups. The stainless steel and marble kitchen is governed under strict American standards. The villa is secluded, yet just a short walk to town for all the shops and exciting nightlife.

The spacious living room is 35' x 55' and has games, TV, stereo CD player and a large video library. The gym has up-to-date equipment, including a 6-station universal machine, treadmill, press bench, and free weights. The estate has its own 30,000 gallon reservoir and purification system. Maximum occupancy of twenty-two (22) persons. All bedrooms have two queen beds except for rooms 1, 4, and 10, which have one king. Bedrooms 1-5 are in the main house area; bedrooms 6-9 are the four Jungle Rooms, detached from the main villa. Bedrooms 10 and 11 are in La Casita a charming separate guest house in front of the main house and closer to the beach, wrap-around balcony, very open to nature with spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, Banderas Bay and the beach.

Staff includes three housemen, two maids, two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Direct access to Vallarta's main beach, Playa de los Muertos. Short stroll or taxi to all South Side fine dining spots, sidewalk cafes, stores, lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightclubs and the gay beach at the Blue chairs which is just a2-3 minutes walk. 

Note: No longer accommodates parties/celebrations, the villa is not set up for weddings and large events. There is a $1,000 refundable security and phone deposit. Check in time is after 3pm, check out time is prior to 11am

Villa rates: Winter: Nov-May, $425 per night per room (6 bedroom, 4 night minimum); Summer: May-Oct: $325 per night (6 bedroom, 4 night min); Holidays: Christmas and New Year's week: $550 per night per room (11 bedroom, 7 night minimum) and Thanksgiving, $495 per night (10 bedroom, 7 night min). Spa Services: Exclusively for Villa Guests. At your request, Puerto Vallarta’s foremost spa therapist and Pilates expert, Marcelo Mico, will bring his staff and complete services to you at the villa. Enjoy massage, aerobics, manicure/pedicure, yoga, and Pilates in the garden, at pool side, on your balcony, or in the seclusion of your private room. You may select from among Marcelo’s standard services, or have him design a custom program to meet your individual needs and preferences.

Reservation Policy: Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 50% deposit. The balance, plus a $1,000 security-phone deposit is due 60-65 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable, providing there is no damage or long distance phone calls during the guest’s stay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to 120 days: 80% of deposit is refundable. Prior to 90 days: 40% of deposit is refundable. After 90 days, no refund, unless the Villa is rebooked for the EXACT period and occupancy rate canceled, less a $200 handling fee. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are non-refundable.
