VRO-3  Alta Vista villa - A delightful four bedroom, 4.5 bath European style villa with accommodations for eight persons. Sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta can be enjoyed from nearly every room in the house. The winding staircase with stained glass windows leads to the second floor master suite with king bed. A palapa roofed terrace opens off the master bedroom and there you can enjoy the lovely views. The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub for up to 4-5 people as well as bidet, double sink and shower. On the third level are the other two main bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two doubles, both with private bath and terraces with ocean view. Fourth bedroom set up as studio apartment with two twin beds, microwave and refrigerator.

Villa features: dipping pool, sundeck patio with city and bay views, CD player, telephone with Vonage with free calls to US and Canada, two cable TVs, DSL wireless internet, water purification system for the whole house, ceiling fans, grill/BBQ, VCR, DVD, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer. A modern granite counter topped equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, blender and dishwasher make cooking at the villa a pleasure should you so desire.

Staff includes maid and cook for six days a week, and they can take care of laundry, cleaning and can prepare up to two meals per day selected from the villa menu. Check in after 3pm, check out at noon. $300 security deposit. Final payment at 65-70 days before arrival.
