VAM-1  Conchas China villa -  Situated just above the Conchas Chinas beach with over 6,000 sq. ft. of living space, Villa Amapas offers three en-suite bedrooms, a guest bedroom with partial view, and five baths. Each en-suite bedroom with its own cable television and balcony with ocean view, the master with its own sitting terrace. The fourth bedroom is up a private stairway and has a whimsical design perfect for children or teens.

The Puerto Vallarta villa has been recently remodeled and the architecture has a Mediterranean influence with vaulted ceilings, hand painted murals and tile floors. The villa has been professionally decorated and is finished with antique doors, one of a kind decorative pieces and original paintings and sculpture.

One of the loveliest Puerto Vallarta beach-front villas, the Amapas South villa features fully equipped modern kitchen with gourmet appliances, spacious living and dining area opening onto the terrace, traditional timber beams, gas burning grill, re-circulating hot water, elevator, telephone, laundry room and an in-house water purification system. This perfect oceanfront vacation villa has a large infinity pool of 4-1/2 by 10 meters, while the sundeck terrace with its own bar provides ample a relaxing space sun bathing, with lovely views of Banderas Bay. King bed in two bedrooms, two queens in the third, 4th bedroom with queen bed and 2 single day beds, private bath, terrace and partial view. Ideal for six (6) adults, with perhaps two kids in the upper smaller guest bedroom.

Villa property includes: Four bedrooms - 3 ensuite bedrooms with terrace and ocean view, 4th guest bedroom with partial view - each with attached bath, air conditioning and television; elevator, satellite TV, VCR, stereo system, high speed wireless internet, telephone and fax; reverse osmosis water purification system throughout the entire villa, safes in all bedrooms; heated infinity pool just above sandy beach; lush tropical gardens; located in the Conchas Chinas residential area close to town; beach access. Within a 10-15 minute walk, approximately 1 mile, of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Villa Amapas South staff includes a houseman, daily housekeeping with maids, maintenance man-gardener, and a cook who can prepare up to two (2) meals a day. Staff usually off on Sunday and Mexican holidays, as is standard. No pets; no student or team groups.

Villa rates: Winter, Nov 1-Apr 30, except holidays, $1,700 per night plus 16% tax; Summer, May 1-Oct 31: $1,200 per night plus 16% tax; Thanksgiving and Easter, $1,800 per night plus 16% tax; Christmas and New Years holidays, $3,500 per night plus 16% tax.
