CS-1  Conchas Chinas villa - A charming beachfront three, four or five bedroom villa, the Casa Salinas I is located on a semi-private sandy beach on the South Shores just beyond the Camino Real hotel. This 8,000 square foot Puerto Vallarta villa rental is stylishly furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort with unique art accenting each room. The open-air living and dining area has a unique palapa-style ceiling with lovely ocean views, which is perfect for entertaining. Nicely comfortable, this home with its décor in creamy whites, tactile textures and stained glass reflects a comfortable haven of elegance.

Villa features satellite TV, equipped commercial size kitchen, purified water system, 5 1/2 baths, an exercise facility with fitness equipment, satellite TV, high speed DSL internet access, DVD, iPod stereo docking, and Vonage. The heated infinity pool faces the ocean just steps from the sandy beach, where you can enjoy BBQ and romantic candle light dinners. The main level of the house has three bedrooms, each with private bath; on the upper level are two larger master suites. With it's spectacular ocean views, this oceanfront Puerto Vallarta villa is an ideal setting for relaxation or elegant entertaining. Four bedrooms have king bed, one bedroom with 2 twins; all bedrooms with air conditioning and ocean views.

Sleeps up to ten (10) guests as a 5 bedroom rental. May be booked as a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom Puerto Vallarta villa vacation rental. Can also be rented with its sister villa the Casa Salinas II to give a total of ten (10) bedrooms for 20 people maximum. No pets, no student or team group allowed. Children are welcome and childcare can be arranged, and cribs and highchairs are available

The Casa Salinas I staff includes cook (who can prepare several meals a day), maid and gardener plus the english speaking houseman manager, Juan, all available six days a week. Staff off on Sunday and Mexican holidays. Smoking outside on terraces only please. Located approximately 3 miles south of the Puerto Vallarta South Side and the Los Muertos gay beach, so a short 4-5 minute taxi ride into town.

Minimum stay of five (5) nights, except for holiday at seven (7) nights. Two (2) persons per bedroom occupancy. There is a $500 refundable security deposit against damages which is sent back to the clients within approximately a 7-10 days of departure. Final payment due at 50-55 days before arrival, except for Holidays due at 120-125 days before arrival.

Villa Prices: Winter: Jan 6-Apr 30: 3/4/5 bedrooms: $1400/$1600/$1800 per night; Summer: May 1-Dec 16, 3/4/5 bedrooms: $1000/$1100/$1200 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 17-Jan 5: $2000 per night.
