Selva Romantica is not elevator equipped so it is an easy access to walk to and from the complex facilities. The home is professionally decorated with style and custom-designed furniture. This vacation home has high ceilings, arched doorways, terracotta floors, and unique wood details throughout. French doors adorn the living and dining rooms and open out to a large private terrace and lawn area with pleasant views of the Bay of Banderas. The master bedroom features a king bed with fine linens, walk-in-closet, high quality towels, DVD player and cable television. There is a king bed in the guest bedroom as well as cable television. For your convenience and peace of mind this Puerto Vallarta condo has installed a safe for your valuables and personal items. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a great area of cabinet/counter space, a breakfast nook for two and an adjoining private laundry room with a washer and dryer. The dining room is a formal area that can comfortably seat six people. Approximately 1,750 square feet and fully air-conditioned in the bedrooms and living area.

The living room area comes equipped with cable television, CD and DVD players, vonage free long distance to the US and Canada, and wireless internet. The peaceful patio and grass area terrace includes great patio furniture of two lounge chairs, a table and 4 chairs. And if you enjoy to barbecue, there is a weber gas grill. Note: There is a $300-400 refundable security deposit with this condominium or else upon check-in the client is required to sign a Damage Deposit Form and provide a copy of their credit card. The damage deposit is in the amount of $300-400 USD. Should any damages occur your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the damages.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-21, Dec 1-Dec 20, and Jan 5- May 15, $205 per night; Holidays: Nov 22-30 and Dec 21-Jan 4, $245 per night; Summer: May 16-Sept 15, $140 per night; Sept 16-Oct 31, $170.00 per night. Three (3) nights minimum except for Holidays with seven (7) nights minimum.
