The back bedroom Master has a king bed, private bath and opens on its own small private terrace; ocean-view front bedroom with two double beds opening onto the balcony with lovely Bay views. Amenities include mini-split a/c units in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave, CD/cassette player, cable TV, spacious living and dining area also with balcony and ocean views of Banderas Bay. Maid service six days a week. Smoking not allowed.

Condo building has a security gate, English speaking on-site manager, covered parking and a ground level common area dipping pool and terrace. Two blocks up from the Puerto Vallarta gay beaches at the Blue and Green chairs and a block up from Amapas street for easy access to the charm and energy of the Romantic Zone. Short stroll to excellent South Side restaurants, sidewalk cafes, stores, and the diverse and lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, cantinas, lounges, piano bars, and clubs large and small. Stroll along the beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the malecon in Puerto Vallarta, the historic Cathedral of Guadalupe and downtown. The condo and condominium building have good views. Sets of stairs up from Amapas street. Four (4) guest max.

Minimum six (6) nights in winter, three (3) nights in summer. Cancellation Policy: Before 60 days before arrival, may return funds minus 20% fee only if can be rented same time period/same rate.

Winter: Nov 1-Mar 31, $155 per night; Shoulder: April, $120 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $90 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks, higher, around $200 per night.
