Recently fully remodeled and re-furnished with marble and granite tiling and upscale decor, so it has a modern look. Over 1,200 sq. ft.

Playa Bonita condo building with a large oceanfront heated pool and sundeck terrace, reception desk, 24 hour security, elevator. Short walk to South Side gay bars and clubs, restaurants and lively nightlife. Right near the Blue and Green chairs of the Los Muertos Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Condo building is next door to a beach-front gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment until no later then 10pm-11pm.

Four (4) guests maximum. For older/more mature/quieter couples only; no extra overnight guests, please. $150 refundable security deposit.
