PB-13  Los Muertos beach Condo - First floor ocean-front 1,200 sq. ft. two bedroom condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach and immediately behind the Blue Chairs gay beach. Accommodations include two king beds and a pull out sofa bed, with two baths. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, nicely furnished, cable television in living room, CD player, washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, balcony with terrace/pool and some partial bay view. Non-smoking condo, no pets; kids allowed. Could sleep up to six (6) guests. Maid service is twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday in this unit.

Condominium building with a large heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. 

(Note: There is a $300-400 refundable security deposit with this condominium or else upon check-in the client may be required to sign a Damage Deposit form and provide a copy of their credit card. The damage deposit is in the amount of $300-400 USD. Should any damages occur your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the damages.)

The Playa Bonita condos are located just a short walk to the main South Side area for easy access to the high-energy of the Zona Romantica/Romantic Zone with its sidewalk cafes, shops, fun people watching and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, bars and cantinas. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the Malecon seawall, the historic Cathedral and other Puerto Vallarta downtown and boardwalk tourist attractions. 

Please note the proximity of this condo vacation rental building next door to the Puerto Vallarta beach-front Blue Chairs gay hotel which offers rooftop music and entertainment until approximately 10pm-11pm.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $207 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $138 per night; Holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $259 per night. (Rates are subject to change without notice and until confirmed)
