MDA-709 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - This fully-furnished 3,054 square foot (283 sq. meters) luxury 3-bedroom condominium occupies part of the fifth tower on the 7th floor in the newest condo building on Los Muertos beach, and is approximately 400 feet from the ocean. Uniquely positioned directly on the beautiful sandy beach where the lush Cuale River pours into Banderas Bay, the owner chose this vacation rental within the Residences Molino de Agua for both its high-floor level and the unobstructed beach and town views.

A great location in the heart of the South Side or Old Town, and the high 7th floor gives incomparable views of the ocean, beach, the Vallarta downtown and the surrounding mountains. Master bedroom with king bed, second guest bedroom with a king as well, and the smallish guest bedroom with a queen bed (this room shares a bathroom across the hallway); three baths, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, DVD player, high speed wifi, telephone for local calls, large balcony decks, complete laundry room. Maid service is usually only twice per week, Wednesday and Saturday. Building with free assigned covered parking, 24 hour security, and is generally handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations).

The open modern kitchen has all the facilities and appliances you will likely need for a outstanding and memorable vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. A short walk to the lively gay nightlife of clubs, Mexican cantinas, piano and show bars.

Condo features: Seventh floor balconies with superb city, river and Bay views, elevator, common area ground-level heated pool, parking, fully furnished, jacuzzi in the spacious master bedroom; kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, purified water system; washer and dryer, ceiling fans, large flat screen HD television with satellite, DVD player, phone for local calls, BBQ grill, internet wireless, hair dryer, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, safe in unit, towels and linens. Sleeps up to six (6) guests. Non-smoking vacation rental; children friendly, so kids ok; pets are not allowed.

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35 USD damage insurance deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting the Molino de Agua 709. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500 US dollars.

Note: A 50% deposit is due within five-six (5-6) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when the final payment is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 22 and Jan 6-Apr 30, $410.00 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $305.00 per night; Holiday weeks, Christmas and New Years: Dec 20-Jan 5, $565 per night.
