Located on the fourth floor, an elevation that gives you privacy while letting you relate to the beach and ocean. A private parking garage is on the first floor.

Condo features: Three bedrooms, each with private bath, have 2 king beds and 2 queen beds total, so the condo can accommodate up to six to eight (6-8) guests; balcony with beach, city, mountain and bay views, elevator, common area heated pool, parking, fully furnished, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, dishwasher, disposal, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, bottled water, washer and dryer, purified water system, ceiling fans, cable TV, CD and DVD players, telephone, Vonage (unlimited calls to the USA and Canada), internet DSL, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe in unit, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. Sleeps up to six to eight (6-8) guests maximum. Maid service is Monday, Wednesday and Friday in this condo unit. Non-smoking unit; no pets.

            

The condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, parking, spacious heated infinity swimming pool and a gated entry. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta’s attractions including art-walks, restaurants, cathedral (Our Lady of Guadalupe church), Los Arcos amphitheater, the malecon and more.

Note: As with most MDA units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. 50% deposit due within 5-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 65-70 days before arrival. Usually rents Saturday to Saturday.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $545 per night for up to 6 guests, $595 per night for 7 or 8 persons; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 2009, $445 per night for up to six guests, $495 per night for 7 or 8 persons; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, $695 per night.
