LP-605   Los Muertos beach Condo - Sixth floor ocean-side studio. Back on the market and recently remodeled, this pleasant studio vacation rental has completely new furniture throughout including a new king bed, as well as new sheets, bath and beach towels. There is a fully equipped kitchen, new large flat screen smart-cable television, wireless internet, safe, ceiling fans, new mini-split air conditioning unit, audio equipment is a Bose Mini sound link provided so client can connect to their audio device via blue tooth or connection through your device headset jack, and the living area opening onto balcony with a splendid Banderas Bay and Sierra Madre mountain views looking to the south. Balcony table seats four. The unit is 560 square feet or 52 sq. meters of living space.

The bathroom is entirely new (everything) with cream-colored marble throughout the bath area: new vanity, fixtures, sink, toilet and a new glass shower divide. The doors to the balcony have been replaced with frameless sliding glass doors that are polarized from outside to reduce heat inside. The window air conditioner was replaced with a 2 ton mini-split with remote control for air conditioning. A water purification system was added below the kitchen sink for drinking water. The owners have also added a ceiling fan in the sleeping area and bathroom, plus there is also a floor to ceiling privacy with a light-blocking curtain to separate the sleeping from the living area. Other items include hair dryer, iron and ironing board. No smoking inside, smoking allowed only on balcony please.

Condo building with staff of 15 employees, 24-hour reception desk and security, a new elevator, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican national holidays), a large common area rooftop heated pool and terrace sun-deck with magnificent panoramic views of Vallarta, the mountains and Banderas Bay. One of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants is located in front of the condo building. Centrally located so a very short stroll to all South Side bars, restaurants and lively nightlife, and just two blocks to the ever-popular Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach.

Conveniently enough, there is also within several blocks of this perfect location just about everything you could need for your vacation: restaurants, bars, ATMs, currency exchange, rental cars, spas for massage, coffee shops and pharmacies, internet cafes and juice bars, grocery and convenience stores. No car is needed as you can walk to virtually everything and the local taxi stand is but some forty feet from the La Palapa building door.

Note: It's possible that you might experience some noise due to any renovations in some units in the La Palapa building during the summer months from approximately May 1-Oct 31.
