This property has been spectacularly remodeled during the summer-autumn of 2018 and no expense was spared. Every appliance and furnishing has been carefully selected to enhance your vacation experience. The attention to detail is superb and this beautifully decorated condo in the La Palapa will give you a very fine vacation spot. It has all the comforts of home, and is available for short and longer-term rentals
Approximately 1100 square feet or 102 square meters. Non-smoking; pets are not allowed. Street parking only. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is by 11am.
Condominium building with staff of 15, elevator, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all Old Town relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants and stores, lively Puerto Vallarta gay clubs and a short two blocks to the well-known Blue Chairs gay beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the Malecon boardwalk in the downtown area.
Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. There is no service on Sundays or Mexican holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% Value Added tax IVA and the 3% Hospitality tax, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this La Palapa condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $300 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a week of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.
A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am; please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.
It is possible that there might be some noise due to renovations in some apartment units in the La Palapa building during the summer months from approximately May 1-Oct 31.
Condominium prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-April 30, $335 per night; Summer I: May 1-31 and Oct 1-31, $277 per night; Summer II: Jun 1-Sept 30, $215 per night; Holidays: Easter week each year and also Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $410 per night.
