One of the more popular condos in the building. Approximately 1,100 sq. feet. Recently remodeled and totally redecorated with new furniture and appliances including in the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. New photos coming later this summer when the remodel work is finished.

Maid service daily except for Sunday and holidays. Minimum rental age is 30 years old; children ok. Maximum four (4) guests or or five with an infant under the age of 2. No pets allowed; no smoking inside; smoking allowed only outside only on the terrace. For this La Palapa vacation rental there is $200 refundable security deposit which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and send back with approximately 7-10 days of departure.

Condo building with staff of fifteen, elevator, maid service, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of the town and Banderas Bay area, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants and stores, lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife and a short two blocks to the the well known Blue chairs gay beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge over the Cuale River to the malecon boardwalk of the Vallarta downtown el Centro area with its many popular tourist attractions, art galleries, restaurants and nightclubs.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, except for holidays, $265 per night; Oct and May, $190 per night; Summer: Jun 1-Sept 30, $150 per night.
