CDRM-3  Upper Conchas Chinas villa - A lovely 5,000 sq. ft. traditional Mexican hacienda-style Puerto Vallarta villa with three bedrooms and 3-1/2 double sink baths overlooking Banderas Bay with expansive terraces that allow totally unobstructed views of the ocean.

There is a palapa at pool level that is 22 feet in diameter, along with spacious terraces. Guests can enjoy the bar upstairs and down and a piano-shaped swimming pool. There are vaulted ceilings in the living room upstairs and the playroom by the pool.

The Casa Do Re Mi is just five minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the beautiful area of Conchas Chinas and has 3 large bedrooms with mini-split a/c, each with private bathroom and double sinks. All bedrooms can convert from king beds to two twins beds. The furnishings create a comfortable atmosphere for your enjoyment.

There is a large terrace running the full length of the house - perfect for watching the sunsets and having breakfast. Also, a must every night, is watching the sunset from your 22-foot thatched umbrella poolside "palapa". There is a wonderful game room just off the pool area with fun and games.

Villa features: Equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and coffee maker, high speed wireless internet, XM radio/stereo system with iPod connection, TV with DVD player and an extensive DVD library, Vonage free calling to US and Canada, large heated dipping pool, ceiling fans, water purification system throughout villa, two wet bars, one upstairs and one at pool level with a refrigerator.

This vacation rental staff includes maid, a houseman who serves the meals, shops and makes great margaritas, as well as a cook who can prepare two meals per day, breakfast and/or dinner. Driver for daytime excursions may also be available. Villa has daily maid service except Sunday or Mexican holidays when staff is off. Please bring your own lock and key for the safe. Five minutes down to the sandy Conchas Chinas beaches; short 3-4 minute taxi to South Side restaurants and the lively gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife and the Blue Chairs gay beach on Los Muertos beach.

Villa rates: Summer: May 1-Nov 30, $600 per night; Winter: Dec 1-Apr 30, $725 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, $1000 per night.  Seven (7) night min in winter; five (5) night minimum stay in summer.
