RM-304 - Old Town Condo - Located in the Rivera Molino complex, one block from Los Muertos beach and on the edge of the romantic Cuale River in the Old Town area of Puerto Vallarta, this building offers a spacious (non-heated) swimming pool, lush tropical river-side gardens, gated ingress and egress entry, as well as easy walking access to many of the town's attractions.

Condominium features: This tastefully decorated three bedroom and three bath property features accommodations for up to six (6) guests, and has a total of approximately 1,115 square feet or 103 square meters. The kitchen has granite counter tops, ample kitchen cabinets, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, cook top, toaster, dishwasher and a disposal. Other amenities in this vacation rental include cable television throughout, DVD player, safe in unit, alarm clock, wireless internet, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, linens and towels. A balcony off the living room has pleasant mountain and city views. The complex includes an elevator from the main floor to your level, and 24-hour reception security. Wheelchair access. Street parking.

The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, a safe to store your important belongings, en-suite bathroom with closet, min-split air conditioning and offers mountain and city views. The first Queen Bedroom boasts a queen bed, a flat screen television, en-suite bathroom with shower, closet, and air conditioning. The second Guest Bedroom offers two single beds (option to convert to a king size bed), flat screen TV, a closet, air conditioning and shares a bathroom with the rest of the condo. Laundry room with a washer and dryer is also provided.

Maid service one (1) times per seven day rental, and additional service may be available for extra (there is no service on Sundays or Mexican holidays). Sleeps six (6) people maximum. This vacation rental property is non-smoking; children are allowed, pets are not permitted; there is no telephone. The Rivera Molino apartment complex is quite new and was constructed in 2011.

This is the perfect location in Puerto Vallarta and you can enjoy easy walking access to all the city's attractions including fine art galleries and fun shopping, the lively and happening gay clubs and bars, fine dining, the Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown & malecon and many more local things to see and do. The Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming Romantic Zone or along Los Muertos beach.

Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rentals is less than this or requires additional services, there is a charge of $25.00 USD per day

Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% Value Added tax IVA and the 3% Hospitality tax, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this La Palapa condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $300 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a week of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am; please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $275 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $195 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $330 per night. There is normally a three (3) night minimum stay, except for holiday weeks which require a seven (7) night minimum. (Tariffs as of February 2018.
