Two bedrooms, master with a king bed and the guest bedroom with two double beds, two baths, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and toaster oven, cable television, air conditioning in bedrooms, CD and DVD players, ceiling fans, telephone, alarm clock, safe in unit, iron and ironing board, guest bedroom and living area opening onto a large wrap around balcony with nice Los Muertos beach and Banderas bay views.

Condominium building features: Ground level common area pool (unheated) and sun-deck terrace, security gate, elevator, 24 hour reception desk, maid service twice per week usually Monday and Thursday (additional service for extra), private beach umbrellas for client use. Bank, liquor store, internet cafe and two ocean-front restaurants in the Plaza Dorada beachfront condominium building. Short walk to all South Side stores and boutiques, fine dining spots, the lively gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife with its variety of bars, clubs and cantinas, and several minutes walk to the Blue Chairs Vallarta gay beach. A short stroll north across the Cuale river into the Puerto Vallarta downtown Malecon area. Non-smoking condo; children allowed; no pets. Three (3) night minimum except for seven (7) nights for holidays. Sleeps up to six (6) guests.
