Quality finishes and many extras too numerous to mention have been incorporated to enhance the beauty and appeal of this spectacular vacation rental getaway.

Condo features: Five bedrooms, all with king bed and the master with two beds, each bedroom with private bath, five baths, wrap around balconies with tremendous beach, city, mountain and Banderas Bay views, fully furnished, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, gas oven, ice maker, microwave oven, refrigerator and toaster, washer and dryer, a purified water system, ceiling fans throughout, cable-satellite television, iPod docking station, outdoor gas grill on terrace, wet bar, private heated pool, telephone, free unlimited local, long distance and international calls to the U.S. and Canada, wireless internet, linens, towels. Maid service daily except for Sundays and Mexican holidays.

Staff includes full time house keeper/maid and house man who can clean, shop for guests, and can prepare up to two meals a day, continental breakfast and lunch or dinner if requested (if clients have dinner, staff can probably prepare a light lunch if desired).  Food, wine, beverages and liquor at guests' expense (receipts will be presented). Bartenders, servers, cooks or chefs may be available for meals, the extra fees for their services vary, please inquire.

The Molino condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, parking, a gated entry, and a common area with a large heated swimming pool and sundeck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for the building guests. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of attractions including the art walk, restaurants, Our Lady of Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, downtown, the Malecon boardwalk and much more. The Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side or along the beach.

By special arrangement PH-1 has been made available to select qualified guests. PH-1 is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups or the like are not accepted. No children allowed; no pets are allowed. Review a copy of the Condominium Rental Agreement for the MDA-PH-1 unit.

Note: With this MDA penthouse condo rental there is a $1500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back usually within a two-three (2-3) weeks of departure, or else the client may purchase Security Deposit Insurance for $69 USD. A 50% initial deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 65-70 days before arrival. Prices are in US dollars, per night based on double occupancy, taxes included. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmation of your rental. Client may wish to consider taking out Travel Insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of a cancellation or an unforeseen event.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, 2/3/5 bedrooms $1250/$1500/$1800 per night, except holiday weeks; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks, $2,500 per night. Note: There is a $50 USD per day resort fee in addition to the rental rate. Three (3) night minimum except for holidays with seven (7) night minimum.
