The second master bedroom has a king sized bed, with its own private bathroom and spacious closets. The 3rd, small bedroom features a queen size bed and it shares the bathroom across the hallway, a cozy and quiet room.

This luxurious condo vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico features a modern gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with water filtration system and ice machine, so you'll have everything necessary for you to test your culinary skills. The Molino de Agua condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, covered parking space, common area spacious heated infinity swimming pool, 24 hour security personnel, a gated entry, and is handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations). A riverside tropical garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area, hammocks and palm trees combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including cafes and restaurants, art walks, the downtown malecon and more. The gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos beach is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

This three bedroom, three bath Los Muertos beachfront condominium with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom has pretty much everything you would need on your perfect vacation, from a hair dryer to wireless internet. Splendid views from the large balcony areas which offer a BBQ grill for whenever you don't feel like going to any of the nearby first-rate Vallarta restaurants or bars.

Note: As with most MDA units in Puerto Vallarta, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for my clients in case of damages and sent back within a seven to ten days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-7 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday rentals, due at 60-70 days before arrival.
