It is just steps away from world-class restaurants, art galleries, shopping, beaches and the Blue and Green Chairs of the world famous Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Stroll a few minutes to the downtown boardwalk and enjoy the Vallarta malecon with its Seahorse and famous Sergio Bustamante and Ramiz Barquet sculptures or else off to the south Side's lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, clubs, lounges and cantinas and....no taxi needed. If you are a nature enthusiast or simply seek tranquility, this is the place for you. From the main terraces watch iguanas foraging in the canopy of an enormous rubber tree or watch pelicans and albatrosses flying over the water of Banderas Bay's Los Muertos Beach. The second master bedroom has a king sized bed with its own private bathroom and a balcony with views as well. The 3rd smaller bedroom features a queen size bed and it shares the bathroom across the hallway; a cozy and quiet room. This condo sleeps up to six (6) people.

Condo features: This luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico features a modern gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, modern stainless steel appliances, full-size dishwasher, 6 burner gas cooktop, oven/broiler, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator with water/ice dispenser and water filtration system. Cooking utensils provided include dishes, serving platters, cutleries, non-stick pots and pans, cups and mugs, wine/margarita/tumblers/water glasses and a dining table for 8 - so you'll probably have everything necessary to try out your culinary skills. Vonage phone for unlimited long distance to the US and Canada and a 2nd line for unlimited local calling within Puerto Vallarta. On a practical note, there's a convenient washer and dryer laundry room.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 master suite: King bed, walk-in closet, mountain view, 40-in flat screen cable TV; Bedroom 2: King, mountain view, 40-in flat cable TV; Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 32-in cable TV, and closets. Master Bedroom and second bedroom have separate private balconies with seating overlooking mountain and jungle views. The balconies have an assortment of four foot blooming bougainvillea to ensure privacy. Perfect enclave to get away in the mid afternoon to read a favorite novel or listening or watching birds with the units own waterproof/fog-proof binoculars. Warm breezes are common place through the cross ventilation from both balconies and both terraces. Watch the mountains come alive at night with the glow of surrounding condominiums swimming pools. All three bedrooms are sophisticated and interior decorated with all specialized hand crafted furniture. In addition, each bedroom has ceiling fans, central a/c with individual room controls and flat screen TV's with cable TV service. Master bedroom walk-in closet has combination safety deposit box and jacuzzi overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains

Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 in master bedroom: toilet, shower, jetted tub, jacuzzi; Baths 2 and 3: toilet, shower. All bathrooms equipped with hair dryers; lighted make-up mirrors; complete assortment of luxury 'Green Tea' spa products (shampoo, conditioner, bath bar soap, facial soap and body lotion); facial tissues; Q-tips; cotton balls; 100% cotton towels. Top of the line Kohler fixtures in all bathrooms. The shower areas are encapsulated in glass and marble with an abundance of lighting. Floors in the bathrooms and throughout the unit are surfaced with highly polished marble.

Outdoor features: Gas/electric BBQ grill, Main terrace with full length granite counter top kitchen with sink and a 3 burner built-in full size kitchen-aid gas grill, with grilling utensils provided. There are four balconies: the two main terraces with unobtrusive ocean-beach view and watch the sunsets; master bedroom and 2nd bedroom with individual balconies to enjoy the majestic view of the Sierra Madre mountains; seating arrangement among bouganvillea flowers.

Please note: These owners are selective and wish to know a bit about prospective clients; also preferring more mature guests, no spring breaker students, etc. As with most Molino units in Puerto Vallarta, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due at the time of the final payment which is held for my clients in case of damages and sent back within several weeks of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-7 days to hold the booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when due at 60-70 days before arrival. Minimum three (3) nights stay in summer, otherwise at seven (7) nights minimum.

Condo prices: Winter I: Nov 1-Nov 20 and Nov 28-Dec 18, $420 per night; Winter II: Jan 3-Apr 30: $495 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $350 per night/$2,082 per week; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New years weeks, $595 per night.
