The apartment provides some splendid views of the city, Sierra Madre mountains and Banderas Bay.

The Molino beachfront complex offers guests the opportunity to be within walking distance of the world-famous Los Muertos beach and the downtown malecon (just 2-3 minutes away to the north) as well as many of the best Puerto Vallarta restaurants, trendy stores & boutiques and, well, just everything one could desire for a relaxing and splendid vacation.

This attractive condo rental in features two (2) wonderful master bedrooms with king bed and full bathrooms, one smaller bedroom with a Mexican queen sized bed that shares the washroom across the hallway, equipped with ceiling fans and a/c, fresh, comfortable and high quality bedding, and spacious closets with tempered glass doors. The main master bedroom features a private terrace and a jacuzzi and all the bedrooms feature large windows from where you can admire the lush mountains and the charm of the city. You can also appreciate the natural beauty through every window of this delightful vacation home.

            

This lovely rental condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico features a modern gourmet kitchen, with counter-tops in granite, stainless steel appliances, oven, microwave, refrigerator with water filtration system and ice machine, essentially everything necessary for you to test your culinary skills if you like. Dining room and living area are surrounded by floor to top sliding windows, where you can enjoy the fresh air of the mountains with a hint of marine water, with spacious areas finely decorated, marble floors in all rooms which highlights their exquisite colors and comfort in all the furniture, with satellite TV service for your enjoyment, this is the ideal area to enjoy a margarita and chat with friends or simply to enjoy your favorite show.

The nice 510 unit also features a wonderful an airy terrace where you can appreciate and admire the different views of the river, the ocean, mountains and also the city lights with its magnificent Guadalupe Cathedral. Terrace includes beautiful outdoor wrought iron furniture with colorful and comfortable cushions, the perfect place for a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or an icy margarita at sunset.

Condominium features: Oven, cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, disposal, dishwasher, ceiling fans throughout the unit, washer and dryer in the laundry room, CD and DVD player, satellite television, telephone for local calls and Vonage for free long distance calling to Canada and the US, purified water system, iron and ironing board, wireless internet, linens and towels, alarm clock, safe in unit. Non-smoking; kids allowed; pets are not permitted; wheelchair access. Pleasant jungle, mountain and Bay views.

The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental requires additional services, the cost will be approx $500 Mexican pesos per day. There are two king beds and one queen bed. Located in tower ten, fifth floor, with 3,312 square feet or 308 square meters. One private parking space. Check in time for this property is at 3 pm and check out time is at 11 am.

The Molino condominium complex has an elevator bank in each of the five main towers, covered parking space, common grounds with spacious heated infinity dipping pool and a riverside tropical garden area with hammocks and palm trees, and an elevated sandy area for sun tanning, 24-hour daily security personnel, and a gated entry. It's easy walking distance for clients to all of Vallarta attractions including relaxing cafes and fine restaurants, the art walk, PV downtown and more. The gay beach at the world renowned Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos beach is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

Note: As with many Molino de Agua vacation rental properties there is a $500 USD refundable security deposit due with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and send back within a 7-10 days of the client's departure.

An initial 50% deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday rentals which is due at 65-70 days before arrival. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Please also note that the Molino de Agua condo building is located in an area of Puerto Vallarta that may be busy. During the day you may hear buses, starting at 6am until 11pm or regular street noise. As you are located in an area with a number of nightclubs, in the evenings you may hear noise or music from these establishments, which may remain open until 4am-6am. There are some clubs that are completely closed off, however, some bars are not noise proof; and so you should be advised.

Condo rates: Winter I: Nov 1-Dec 20 and Jan 4-apr 30, $590 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $410 per night; Holidays: Easter week as well as Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 21-Jan 3, $710 per night. All prices in US dollars and include taxes. There is a seven (7) night minimum except for summer months, with a six (6) night minimum. (Tariffs as of May 2019.
