CDH-3  Conchas Chinas villa - Recently totally remodeled, beautiful three bedroom Puerto Vallarta villa in the Conchas Chinas area. The main house with its two bedrooms and three baths is built in the traditional Mexican open hacienda style with red tile roof and high wood beam ceilings, spacious living and dining areas that open onto a terrace with wide Bay views. This luxury Puerto Vallarta villa has two master bedrooms upstairs with king bed, private bath and ocean views. The casita next door has a loft bedroom with queen size bed upstairs and a king bed downstairs, as well as kitchenette with refrigerator, small living area, ocean view and a separate entrance from the house.

Villa features dipping pool with sunning deck and palapa bar, large screen cable TV stereo entertainment center with CD and DVD players, ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and blender, washer and dryer, safe, iron and ironing board. All villa bedrooms with a/c. Wall safe downstairs for personal belongings, the owners have lock and key but it's suggested that the client bring their own combination lock. Staff of house manager, gardener and maid with service six days a week. Great views from every level of the lovely Puerto Vallarta villa rental, Casa Hoja. Sleeps six to eight (6-8) guests. There is a $30/day pool heat charge if the clients decide they want the pool heated. Short 10-12 minute stroll to the Puerto Vallarta los Muertos beach and the Blue chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Cook may be available for extra, but this depends on availability. A number of flights of stairs up from the lower street level entrance (approx 110 stairs, a consideration for anyone with a disability) or accessible by taxi at the upper villa entrance. $300.00 refundable security deposit.

Smoking only outside, please. Along with its sister Puerto Vallarta villa, the two bedroom CO-1, could give a total of 5 bedrooms.

Winter (except holidays): Dec 15-March 31, $435 per night; Shoulder season: Apr 1-May 31 and Nov 1-Dec 14, $370 per night; Value season: Jun 1-Oct 31, $310.00 per night; Holidays Christmas/New Years: $500 per night.
