VMA-4  Conchas China villa  - Situated just above the Conchas Chinas beach with approximately 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, the luxurious Marea Alta villa offers four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with an additional fifth bedroom in the "mother-in-law" apartment downstairs. The whole villa is beautifully furnished with antiques and art, an eclectic mix of pieces from Mexico, Central America and Indonesia. Main level with living room, fully equipped kitchen, half bath, picturesque terrace and the heated infinity pool; upstairs with two master suites, north and south, and a spacious 3rd bedroom, each with bath; below main level is 4th bedroom and its private bathroom. Fifth bedroom in the lower Casita. A perfect Mexican getaway.

One of Puerto Vallarta's loveliest beach-front properties, the Marea Alta features fully equipped kitchen with gourmet appliances, living and dining areas with balconies and ocean views, two brick-vaulted ceilings, gas burning fireplace, hand carved stone fountains, re-circulating hot water, enclosed garage, satellite television, music sound system with speakers, wireless high speed internet, a/c and a safe in all bedrooms, land-line telephone with free local and long distance calling, laundry room, an in-house water purification system, and 5.5 baths with hand made ceramic tiles or Mexican marble. This lovely villa's heated infinity pool blends harmoniously with the striking blues of the ocean and sky. The crescent-shaped terrace finished in Mexican tile provides ample space for relaxing and sun bathing, with lovely views of Banderas Bay. Situated just above the Villa Marea Baja, VMB-3, and the two properties can be rented together.

Staff includes maid, a houseman who speaks English, and the chef who can prepare up to two (2) meals a day Cook service with Silvia does not include the cost of food and beverages. Staff is off on Sunday and Mexican holidays unless other arrangements are made. There are four televisions: a 75" LG Smart flat screen with satellite service in the living roon, and three (3) bedrooms have TV. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but outside ok. May be rented as a 4 or 5 bedroom villa. Sleeps up to eight to ten (8-10) registered guests; maximum of two (2) people per bedroom. Approximately a one mile 20-minute walk or a short drive to the main Los Muertos beach, and a short taxi to Romantic Zone for shopping, the lively and diverse gay nightlife and for the principal dining areas on the South Side. Note: This luxury Vallarta villa is exclusively for the use of renters, no extra overnight guests allowed. No events, large gatherings or parties allowed. Please, no bachelor parties or student groups. Family friendly, with one child under 3 years of age free.

                

Located in lower Conchas Chinas, Villa Marea Alta is part of a two villa walled complex, the two villas are designed to be completely private and self-contained, just sharing the common elevator to the lower level for beach access for Marea Alta, and access to the main entrance of Villa Marea Baja. The names of the villas translate as High Tide (Villa Marea Alta) and Low Tide (Villa Marea Baja). The Marea Baja, the lower villa, is closer to the beach and Marea Alta, the upper villa, is a bit more private looking across the romantic architectural details of the cupulas on the rooftop of villa Marea Baja.

For this luxury villa there is also a refundable security deposit of $800 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear. A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking at the Marea Alta. The final payment or balance is due at at 65-70 days before arrival.

Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, 4/5 bedrooms: $1025/$1225 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 4/5 bedrooms: $850/$1050 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, 4/5 bedrooms: $2250/$2500 per night. Important note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation. There is a minimum stay of five (5) nights in the winter, four (4) nights during summer, and seven (7) nights for Holiday bookings.  (Prices as of August 2021.
