Villa Property includes: 4 or 6 ensuite bedrooms each with a/c, bath and terrace with ocean view - includes 2 master suites with king beds and plasma TVs. Large heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, two+ story vaulted brick ceilings, stainless steel gourmet kitchen, indoor/outdoor Bose sound system, outdoor living area with built in sofas, media room with music library, satellite TV and electric keyboard piano, safe in master bedroom and media room, iPod docking station, washer and dryer, state of the art water purification and filtration system, staff includes cook and maid. Cook service twice daily except Sunday and Mexican holidays; extra service available for extra charge. Villa approximately 1 mile to town and 2/3 mile to Los Muertos gay beach. Hillside location in the Amapas neighborhood on the South Side ensures easy access to the best in dining, shopping and the exciting Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife with a short taxi ride.

Maximum eight (8) persons for 4 bedroom rate and twelve (12) persons for 6 bedroom rate. Guests age 12 and over welcome. Smoking allowed in outdoor areas only. Seven (7) night minimum in February, March and holidays; otherwise five (5) night min. This villa requires a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit which will be refunded within ten days of departure. Summer Promotion: For May 1-Oct 31 rentals, pay 4 stay 5 nights; pay 5 stay 7 nights.

Floor Plan and Bedrooms - Level 1: Villa entry and one master suite with king bed, large plasma TV. Level 2: down 22 steps: pool, living, kitchen dining, media room and one master suite with king bed, 42" plasma TV. Level 3: down 12 steps to two bedrooms, each with two double beds, both have TV, private attached bath and terrace with ocean-view. Level 3 also with two additional bedrooms (for 6 bedroom rental, if applicable): #5 with king size bed, a/c, unattached bath and #6 bedroom with a king bed, a/c and private attached bath and both these bedrooms open to the spacious terrace with jacuzzi and ocean-view, and also have a television in the shared living area. Approximately 20-25 minutes downhill walk to town or beach, or a quick taxi ride.

Note: This Puerto Vallarta vacation villa, like most in town, is exclusively for the use of renters; no overnight guests allowed; no parties or gatherings involving additional persons, weddings, receptions, etc are permitted without the written consent of the local manager or owner and this would require a substantial fee plus an added security deposit.

Villa prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, 4/6 bedrooms: $1,275/$1,625 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 4/6 bedrooms: $1,050/$1,300 per night; Christmas and New Years: $2,200 per night. Rate based on maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom. Rate includes taxes, but not food and beverages nor tipping for staff. Final payment due at 60-65 days before arrival.
