QDM-3  Alta Vista villa - Located in upper Conchas Chinas, the "Beverly Hills" of PV, this luxurious Puerto Vallarta villa vacation rental provides one of the town's most luxurious vacation experiences with a total of 11 bedrooms and 13 baths in 24,000 square feet of living space and terraces (the multiple terraces comprise 9,000 sq. feet). Cleverly designed on 4 levels, with three large terraces and one swimming pool, it can accommodate a large group of friends or family for an elegant stay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The main level consists of one bedroom and the primary living and dining areas, completely open and perfect for entertaining, with unparalleled views of all Banderas Bay, the mountains and coastline south to Cabo Corrientes. The two floors above have six en-suite bedrooms with an upper terrace area and infinity jacuzzi pool that overflows into the dipping pool on the main level, creating a dramatic waterfall in the dining room. High speed wireless internet on the main level that reaches to some of the bedrooms; and the stereo system on main level has an iPod hookup.

From the main level, a spiral staircase descends to a large game room with bar, DVD and CD players, pool table and large screen TV with satellite. Outside is a 2,000 square foot terrace, plus access to five (5) additional bedrooms, 2 rooms arranged as a small apartment, and with a small sitting room 3 bedrooms are down the stairs to the right of the game room. An additional private secure bedroom is located on the side of the villa near the entrance. To help you feel comfortable, each of the 13 bedrooms has air conditioning and telephone, plush robes and a variety of bath amenities, as well as lovely bay views (except for one bedroom with mountain views only, and two looking onto the main terrace). Total of thirteen (13) king beds and a number of single beds can be set up for an extra charge.

The villa has a purification system and bottled water is also available. Five star services include chauffeur and a suburban, gourmet chef, wait staff, maid service and bartender. An activities director can help you plan some fun. Executive style bilingual secretarial services with e-mail, fax and stock market reports as well as wireless internet. This lovely villa's staff is known for their attentive service. Perfect for a relaxing vacation for a large group of friends, family reunion, corporate retreat or wedding/commitment ceremony with reception.

Food and beverages: This plush villa features a food and beverage plan with full-time chef and wait staff, offering three-meal service, taking care of any concerns about food shopping and preparation. The menus are selected by the guests with the help of the gourmet chef. Full meals/bar selection is $75 USD per day per adult: this 3 meal/bar rate includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and a full national bar along with non-alcoholic beverages. There are other meal/bar plans as well: 2 meals and bar rate which includes dinner, and either lunch or breakfast for $60 USD; for lunch and breakfast for $50; the 1 meal and bar plan for dinner only, $55; 1 meal and bar plan for lunch or breakfast, $43. There is also an all-inclusive meal plan but with only non-alcoholic beverages (soda, juice, mineral water, etc) for $55 USD. Taxes are included. Children between age of 5-12, it's $37.50. Children under the age of 5 are free. Please plan to pay in cash or travelers checks at the time of check in. Extra charges for parties, etc.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to 90 days before arrival is 80% refundable; prior to 60 days, 40% refundable; after 60 days, no refund. If the villa is rebooked for the exact period and occupancy rate of the cancellation 80% would be refunded.

Villa Rates: Winter: Nov 1-May 31, 8/9/10/11 bedrooms: $2000/$2250/$2500/$2750 per night; Summer: Jun 1-Oct 31, 8/9/10/11 bedrooms: $1400/$1575/$1775/$1925 per night; Thanksgiving, Nov 20-30, and Christmas & New Years, Dec 18-Jan 9, $310.00 per night per room. (Prices as of July 2012 and are subject to change without notice until the reservation is confirmed) This vacation villa can be rented with six to thirteen (6-13) bedrooms, with a four (4) night minimum. There is a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
