CLF-1  Olas Altas -  Three bedroom house with king bed in each bedroom, three baths, spacious living and dining areas, overhead fans, cable televisions, radio alarm clocks in bedrooms, CD player, phone for local calls, washer and dryer, and a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There are two living areas, one on the entrance level with the kitchen and the other upstairs with the bedrooms, both give to terraces that the run the length of the house and have ocean views. Small dipping pool in the common area. There is air conditioning in one of the house bedrooms. Maid service six (6) days per week.

Amenities include: Cable/satellite TV, wireless internet, fuly equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, DVD player, off street parking. No smoking inside the house please, but smoking outside on balcony areas ok. No pets allowed.

PEACE AND QUIET: The house is located on the relatively quiet south end of Los Muertos Beach. Our neighbors are very close, so we all work together to maintain as much peace and quiet as possible. Every evening we get a few hours of live music from the nearby Mesa del Mar Hotel till around 10:30pm. Since there are mostly condos and large upscale villas, noise from dogs, roosters and street life is much less than in other neighborhoods. We ask that you be very conscious of our no noise policy after 10:30pm.

Recently renovated with new furnishings, appliances and plenty of art work on the walls. One block to Los Muertos beach and the blue chairs, short walk to the South Side fine restaurants, shopping and lively nightlife. Pleasant accommodations at a good price. Marianna the maid is available for cooking, ironing and laundry services at an additional charge. $200 refundable security deposit.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Six (6) guests maximum in the main three bedroom house or may be combined with another one bedroom master suite, making it a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath villa for eight guests. The three or four bedroom house might also be combined with the CLF-2 two bedroom apartment-condos and a one bedroom apartment (with queen bed) to make up to a nine bedroom villa rental. Subject to availability.

Rates. Winter: Nov 1-Mar 31, $500.00 per night; Summer: Apr 1-Oct 31, $300 per night; Holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks, $600.00 per night.
