VDS-215  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean-side unit in the largest condominium building on the South Side and located near the northern end of Los Muertos beach, with 113 units. Two bedrooms with a/c and private baths, master with a king bed and the guest room with a two single beds, nicely equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and refrigerator, cable TV, ceiling fans, telephone. There are sliding glass door that open onto a private terrace off the living room with partial Bay views of the beach of Los Muertos.

High speed DSL internet is provided in the unit, or wireless internet is available in the main floor lobby. Condominium is approximately 1,450 sq. ft. or 130 square meters. Maid service is two (2) times per seven day rental. Pets not allowed; a non-smoking unit. Sleeps four (4) guests. There are seven (7) steps up from street level at the main entrance to get to the property.

Note: There is a $250.00 refundable security deposit with this vacation rental that I hold for my clients in case of damages, and send back within a week or so of your departure.

Condo building includes two elevators, 24 hour reception/security, a pleasant beach-front restaurant Sea Monkey and a common area heated rooftop pool and large sun-deck terrace with spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. Wireless internet available in the main floor lobby for a small flat fee. A common area laundry is available in the building. Just a few short blocks from popular cafes and dining spots, shopping, and the lively Vallarta gay clubs & bars on the South Side, and just over the Cuale River into downtown  with its attractions art galleries, stores and straight nightlife. Short pleasant 7-10 minute walk to the world-renowned Blue Chairs gay beach.

Other Features and Factors:  Check-in/Check-out: At check-in you will be given a set of keys to your condo, and we strongly recommend that while out enjoying the town, you leave the keys at reception. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 12 Noon. Peace and quiet: 11pm is considered the time to limit noise, but disruptive, loud behavior is not allowed at any hour. Please be considerate. Personal laundry: Make reservations for the laundry in the basement at the reception desk, rate of 15 pesos per hour. Maid service: Basic maid service is provided Monday-Saturday, except for Mexican holidays. Maids do not do personal chores such as ironing and do not clean or maintain kitchens. A suggested tip of about 10-15 pesos a day per person is a guideline. You might also consider tipping the security guards or anyone who has been helpful to you.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $195 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $135 per night; Holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $220 per night. Weekly rate may be available. Three (3) nights minimum, except for holiday weeks with seven (7) nights. (Fares as of November 2015.
