One bedroom with king bed, one bath, equipped kitchen with blender, coffee maker and microwave, breakfast bar, two cable TV one in living room and other in the bedroom, ocean front terrace with lovely Banderas Bay and beach Los Muertos beach views, fully air conditioned.

Condo building with common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, maid service three times a week, 24 hour reception-security, elevator, high speed wireless internet, a laundry room and BBQ grill on the rooftop, and a popular palapa roofed beachfront restaurant. Short walk to all South Side restaurants, shops and cafes, the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bar, lounges and clubs, and an 8-10 minute stroll to the PV gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Usually rents Saturday to Saturday only during the tourist winter months, November through April.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-April 30, $215 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $155.00 per night; Holiday weeks: Christmas and New Years, approximately Dec 18-Jan 4, $240 per night.
