Combining luxury with nature, condo MDA-1001 offers an elevator right to your door. Recently refurnished with new curtains, towels, sheets, kitchen cabinets, bedding, furniture, etc.

The Molino condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, parking, a gated entry, and a common area with a spacious heated infinity swimming pool and sundeck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for the building guests. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with sunning area combine with easy walking access to all Vallarta attractions including shopping and fine dining spots, the Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, the Malecon boardwalk and more. The Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side or along Los Muertos beach.

By special arrangement condo MDA-1001 has been made available to select qualified guests. This luxury condominium is privately owned, hence student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups or the like are not accepted. No children, an adults only vacation rental. No smoking, and no pets are allowed. Limited wheelchair accessibility.

Condo features: Three bedrooms with total of 2 king and 1 queen size bed, each with bath (whirlpool tub in Master bathroom); large wrap around balcony-deck with magnificent city and bay views, waterfront, elevator, common area heated pool and sundeck, parking, fully furnished, central air with separate controls for each room, purified water system, internet wireless, ceiling fans, the equipped kitchen includes blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric and gas oven, and ice maker; cable and satellite TV, CD player, iPod station, Vonage with unlimited phone calls to the US and Canada, washer and dryer.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be $25.00 USD per day.

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35.00 USD damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting the Molino 806 unit. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500.00 US dollars.

A 50% initial deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for the holidays when the final payment is due at 60-70 days before arrival. Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, except for holiday weeks, $610 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $510 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3: $765 per night.
