This fully furnished ninth floor Molino de Agua condo in the heart of Old Town and the Romantic Zone offers over 3,100 square feet of luxury living and large terraces with large cushioned couches and loungers for relaxing and entertaining. The marble-covered patio and living areas overlook the Pacific sunsets, Sierra Madre Mountains and downtown city lights of the lovely beach town of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

One can watch the nightly fireworks from the terrace or dining and living rooms. Listen to music from the built-in surround sound stereo system while you wander through the condo and enjoy art and sculpture from some well known Mexican artists.

Condo features: Three bedrooms with king bed, pillow top beds, three baths (large whirlpool tub in master bathroom), central air with separate controls in each room, balcony with magnificent city and Banderas bay views, fully furnished, CD/DVD player, wireless internet and high spped DSL, jetted tub in master bathroom (remote control privacy shade for window) and the small bedroom shares the bathroom across the hallway, ceiling fans, five televisions: one 52" LCD flat screen TV In the living room, one flat screen TV in each bedroom, and one in the master bath, and a quality stereo system with ipod dock and surround sound inside and on the terrace-deck too!

There is also the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with service for six includes gas oven and stovetop, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with island/bar; cooking necessities such as pots and pans, utensils, blender, mixer, toaster, mixing bowls, baking dishes. Barware includes martini shaker, wine and ice buckets, glassware, blender; entertainment items: bar glasses, serving trays, wine opener, champagne/wine corks; the refrigerator with ice maker, ice dispenser, purified water; coffee maker and coffee bean grinder (a "must have" to enjoy Mexican coffee!); dishwasher, microwave, ice maker (purified water intake), disposal, an outdoor barbeque area which will delight the inner chef in you, but why cook when you can experience the wonderful array of taste sensations offered by the multitude of local restaurants, sidewalk dining spots and taco stands.

More practical things like Vonage with unlimited calls to the USA and Canada, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe in unit, iron and ironing board, linens and towels, and a convenient washer and dryer pretty much complete the picture. Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25.00 USD per day.

Sleeps up to six (6) guests with three king beds. Children allowed. Non-smoking unit, please. Pets are not permitted.

The Residencias Molino de Agua condominium complex has 24-hour daily security personnel, and a gated entry, an elevator bank in each of the five main towers, covered parking space, common grounds with spacious heated infinity dipping pool and a riverside tropical garden area with hammocks and palm trees, and an elevated sandy area for sun tanning.

It's easy walking distance for clients to all of Vallarta attractions including relaxing cafes and fine restaurants, the art walk, PV downtown and more. The gay beach at the world renowned Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos beach is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

Note: The applicable 16% IVA taxes are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected.

Note: As with many Molino de Agua vacation rental properties there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and sent back within a 7-10 days of client's departure. Clients will be responsible for any and all damage to this rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

A 50% initial deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due due at 35-40 days before arrival, except for holidays due at 65-70 days before arrival. Client may wish to consider taking out travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of a cancellation or an unforeseen event.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $640 per night, except for holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $510 per night; Holidays, Christmas and New Years weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $705 per night. Important Note: The applicable 16% IVA taxes must be added to the rental price at the time of reservation. All prices are in US dollars per night based on double occupancy.
