LP-505  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fifth floor south-side studio in one of the most popular condominium buildings on Los Muertos beach, the La Palapa with 46 units. With a king bed, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster, cable television, air conditioning, wireless internet, Bose wave music system with CD and FM/AM radio, ceiling fans, telephone for local calls, state of the art water filter in the kitchen, hair dryer, beach towels, iron and ironing board. The living area opens onto balcony with a beautiful ocean and mountain view looking to the south and west. Maximum of two (2) persons double occupancy. Approximately 560 square feet or 52 sq. meters. A non-refundable damage insurance fee is an additional $45 USD for all rentals. Note: Sorry but this vacation rental is currently unavailable. 

Condo building with staff of fifteen, elevator, large common area rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of PV and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of the city's most popular beachfront restaurants. The maid service is six (6) days per week, except for Sunday and Mexican holidays.

La Palapa condominiums are centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side sidewalk cafes, fine dining spots, unique stores and the high-spirited Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges and fun clubs. A short 2 blocks to the world-renowned gay beach at the Blue & Green chairs. You can also stroll north along Los Muertos beach and then cross the pedestrian bridge to go to the malecon boardwalk in El Centro or downtown for more entertainment, art galleries, fun people-watching and shopping.

By special arrangement this vacation rental has been made available to select qualified guests. La Palapa 505 is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups or the like are not accepted. No pets allowed; adults are preferred. This unit was remodeled during summer-autumn 2014, with new furniture, linens and appliances. Owner requests $2-4 gratuity tip per day per person to the maid, and please be as generous as possible as well to the reception staff. Note: This vacation rental is currently unavailable after Feb 2017.

It's possible that there might be some noise due to renovations in some units in the LP building during the summer months from approximately May 15-Oct 15.
