LP-203  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean front/center condo in one of the most popular condominium buildings on Los Muertos beach, with 46 units. Two bedrooms, each with a king bed (guest bedroom can be split into two twins), two baths, ample living and dining area, balcony with a good view of the whole Bay and Los Muertos beach, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including refrigerator, blender, toaster, microwave and coffee maker, wireless internet, ceiling fans, telephone for local calls, and iHome alarm clock/docking/speaker system for iPod, iPhone, and iPad in master bedroom and the living area.

In addition there's a large flat screen TV (as well as Bluray player) with cable in the living room, and a flat screen television with cable in the master. Newly installed air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, both with mini-splits. Guest bedroom has a/c with a window unit. Guest bedroom has a flat screen/DVD player (no cable TV in there). New bedding too. Sleeps four (4) guest maximum.

Condo building with staff of fifteen, elevator, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side fine dining spots and sidewalk cafes, and the thrilling Vallarta gay nightclub scene with its bars, lounges, discos and Mexican cantinas.

A short two blocks to the the well known gay beaches of the Blue and Green chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the Malecon boardwalk of the Puerto Vallarta el Centro downtown area with its many tourist attractions including the Cathedral, the main town plaza, and fun shopping and nightlife.

Note: It's possible that there might be some noise due to renovations in some units in the LP building during the summer months from approximately May 15-Oct 15.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Mar 31, $305 per night; Mid-Seasons: April 1-May 31 and Sept 1-Oct 31, $250 per night; Summer: June 1-Aug 31, $205 per night. (Prices as of May 2017.
