LP-202  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean front/center condo. Two bedrooms, the master with a king bed, ensuite bath and large closet, and the guest bedroom with two singles (can be made into a king) and bath with shower located next to the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, cooktop, oven, toaster, blender and bottled water, cable television, CD and DVD player, telephone for local calls, recently installed wireless internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans, linen and towels. An iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and alarm clock are provided for your convenience. The ample dining and living area which is nicely and colorfully decorated opening onto the balcony, which has a beautiful view of Banderas Bay, the beach and the new Los Muertos pier.

Sleeps four (4) guests maximum. Smoking only outside please; no pets allowed. Maid service is six days per week (except for Sundays and Mexican holidays).

Condo building with staff of 15, a great large common rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator, and one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. The La Palapa condominiums are centrally located so it's a very short stroll to all Old Town-South Side dining, shopping and a thrilling Vallarta gay nightlife of Mexican cantinas, night-clubs and show bars. Only short two blocks to the Blue Chairs of the world-famed gay beach.

Stroll along Los Muertos or through the Romantic Zone and then cross the Cuale River over popular new pedestrian bridge into the main downtown and new malecon area for more dining spots, lively art galleries and other fun things to see and do. Convenience stores and a mini-supermarket are within a minute or two walk from the building.

Condo rates: Winter: November 1-April 30, $207 per night; Summer: May 1-October 31, $188 per night. Holiday weeks for Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3: $250 per night. Minimum of three (3) nights, except for holidays with seven (7) nights rental minimum.
