Condo features: Three large bedrooms each with private bath, fully air conditioned, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and a ample living and dining area with modern new furnishings, wireless internet, DVD and CD players, iron and ironing board and maid service six days per week. Penthouse AND-7 has the same basic design and floor plan etc. as the penthouse AND-8 unit upstairs; though slightly different views.

Andale's on the Bay condominiums are very centrally located on Olas Atlas street so it's a short walk to all South Side relaxing cafes, fine restaurants and shops, the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightclubs and a short 4-5 minutes to the the well known Blue chairs gay beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the new pedestrian bridge over the Cuale River to the Puerto Vallarta malecon boardwalk in the downtown area.
