PD-206 - Los Muertos beach condo - Second floor waterfront three bedroom, three bath unit in one of the newer condominium buildings in town, the Plaza Dorada, with 42 units and seven floors. This brightly colored unit of 1,500 square feet or 139 square meters has three bedrooms with a king, queen and two twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances such as blender, coffee maker, cook top, dishwasher, toaster, disposal, oven, microwave and refrigerator, as well as beautiful Mexican inspired plates and glassware. Condo features: A Smart flat screen TV in the living room, washer and dryer, wireless internet, purified water system towels and linens, hair dryers, and a safe in the unit. There are windows galore in this charming, traditional Mexican-styled condo, providing great views from almost anywhere within the Casa de Trio. With an island dining area in the kitchen and a leather equipale dining set off the living room, Casa de Trio is the perfect set up for when you would rather eat in and not dine out at one of the many restaurants within walking distance from your front door. Ceiling fans and air conditioners will keep you comfortable. Recently remodeled. Could sleep four-six (4-6) guests. No parties or events; non-smoking please; no children are allowed, and no pets permitted. There is no telephone. Wheelchair access. Street parking. There was a new rule in the building some time ago that a guest is not permitted to bring in a visitor after 10pm, but I am not sure how strictly they are enforcing this.

There are windows galore in this charming, traditional Mexican styled condo, providing views of the town and Banderas Bay from almost anywhere within the Casa de Trio or its beachfront terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and beautiful Mexican inspired plates and glassware, with an island dining area in the kitchen and also a leather equipale dining set off the living room. Step out onto the balcony from the living room or master bedroom, which contains an outdoor table that seats six. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea while enjoying that morning cup of coffee or sipping a margarita at sunset. 

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioner and invites you to step out to oceanfront terrace. The second guest bedroom features a king size bed, air-conditioner and private bathroom. The third guest bedroom features two twin beds, air-conditioner and spacious closet. Both guest bedrooms have city and mountain views.

Condo building: Ground level common area swimming pool (not heated) and sun-deck terrace, elevator, security gate, 24 hour reception desk, and maid service twice per week November to April and once a week May to October. There's a bank, restaurant-coffee house-internet, liquor store and two beachfront restaurants in the Plaza Dorada building, Daiquiri Dick's and Coco Tropical. Short walk or taxi to all South Side fine dining spots, sidewalk cafes, the lively Vallarta gay nightlife with its variety of bars, clubs and Mexican cantinas, and 8-10 minutes or so to the Blue Chairs gay beach on Los Muertos beach. Short stroll across the Cuale River to the downtown Malecon area.

The beautiful beach-side swimming pool and pool area is flanked by two restaurants for pool-side dining. Of course, you could also stroll down the beach to any one of the many oceanfront restaurants. The gate from the pool leads directly out to the private beach with palapas. Beach chairs and towels are available from the unit. The property is gated and there is always a staff person at the front desk to greet you. This is a very secure building.

Cleaning Services: The services included is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rentals is less than this or requires additional services, there is a charge of $25.00 USD per day

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35 USD damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting units at the Rivera Molino. The deposit is collected with the initial payment and provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500 US dollars.

Condo rates: Winter I: Nov 1-Dec 19, $390 per night; Winter II: Jan 3-Apr 30, $415 per night; May 1-Jun 30, and Oct 1-31, $285 per night; Jul 1-Sept 30, $215 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $515 per night. There is a four (4) night minimum from May-Oct, a five (5) night min. for Jan-Apr, and a seven (7) night minimum for the holiday weeks.  (Tariffs as of February 2018.
