TP-204  Old Town Condominium - Second floor vacation rental in The Park, one of the newest buildings on the South Side. Two bedrooms with a king and a queen bed, two ensuite baths, an equipped kitchen, three flat screen cable televisions, air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room area, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, purified water system, safe in unit, wireless internet. The kitchen offers a gas stovetop, oven, toaster, blender, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a handy dishwasher, finished in a beautiful granite countertop and fully equipped to help you enjoy your vacation.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, closet, flat screen TV with cable, and an alarm clock with iPhone docking station. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, ensuite bath with shower, closet, flat screen TV with cable, and a/c for your year-round comfort.

Balcony off the living dining area with some partial Bay and town views. The dining area table accommodates up to four people. Unit size approximately 1,044 square feet or 97 sq. meters.

Maid service is included for one (1) time per seven day rental, and additional service may be available for the charge around 300 pesos. Non-smoking; children are ok; pets are not allowed. Maximum of four (4) guests.

Condo building: The Park, recently constructed in 2014 right across from the pleasant Lazaro Cardenas park, has a seventh floor rooftop terrace with 360 degree spectacular views of the Sierra Madre mountains, Banderas Bay and the city of Puerto Vallarta. It also provides ample shaded area, an infinity pool, two jacuzzis, gas grill BBQ, fridge with ice maker and a small kitchen area to prepare your meal. If you would prefer to sit and relax you can also enjoy the free wireless internet. The building has an elevator, parking, also is equipped with a nice gym area at no extra charge to guests. Wheelchair accessible.

The Park is centrally located in Old Town and just two blocks from Los Muertos beach, so it's a short walk to all South Side shopping, dining, coffee shops and the vibrant gay nightlife of cantinas, clubs, martini and show bars. A quick 8-10 minute stroll to the world famous Blue Chairs gay beach  and a short 5-10 minutes over the Cuale River into downtown for its shopping, fun attractions and lively art gallery scene.

Note: As with other The Park vacation rental condos, there is a $200 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a week of departure. A 50% deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your initial booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for any holiday rentals which are due at 65-70 days.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $215 per night; Summer: May -1 Oct 31, $165 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years week, Dec 20-Jan 3, $265.00 per night. Taxes included.
