SR-5  South Side Condo - This one bedroom Old Town Vallarta vacation rental unit offers tasteful Mexican decoration and some partial views of the town and mountains and is located in the magnificent Selva Romantica complex in the heart of the famed South Side.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, room to accommodate belongings, and an ensuite bath. Also the pleasant living room and bedroom open onto a balcony terrace with its own dining area and some street views of the town for a relaxing morning coffee or evening drink. This superb vacation condo get-a-way complex also provides one of the most beautiful and largest common area pool complexes in all of Old Town. There is also a gym on the property. Only three blocks to Los Muertos beach and just steps away from dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and eateries, and the vibrant gay night-clubs & bars of the Romantic Zone.

Los Mangos 5 is fully equipped and includes air-conditioning, washer and dryer, CD and DVD player, and a Vonage phone for unlimited long distance phone calls to the US and Canada.

Condo features: One bedroom with king bed, two full baths, air conditioned, cable television, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender and breakfast bar, a purified water system, washer and dryer, overhead fans, alarm clock, iron & ironing board, linens and towels. Maid service two (2) days per week, extra service may be available.

A pleasant and short stroll to many unique Romantic Zone boutiques and stores and also the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue & Green chairs. Centrally located just off Old Town's main street of Olas Altas.

No kids or pets allowed; non-smoking, please. Sleeps up to two (2) guests maximum. Please note that the condominium does not have elevator and that there are 44 steps to get to the property. Selva Romantica was built in 2007, and this vacation rental has approximately 900 square feet or 85 square meters.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $150 per night except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $125 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $205 per night.
