SR-3  South Side Condo - This one bedroom Old Town Vallarta rental unit offers tasteful Mexican decoration and nice views of the city and Sierra Madre Mountains and is located in the magnificent Selva Romantica complex in the heart of the famed South Side.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of room to accommodate belongings and two full fine marble bathrooms. This spacious and superb vacation condo get-a-way complex also provides one of the most beautiful common area pool complexes in all of Puerto Vallarta. Only three blocks from Los Muertos beach and steps away from cafes, dozens of restaurants and eateries, and the vibrant gay night clubs & bars of the Romantic Zone.

Los Mangos 3 is fully equipped and includes air-conditioning, washer and dryer, CD and DVD player, I-Pod connection to the stereo system, and black-out curtains for late sleepers

Condo features: One bedroom with king bed, two full baths, air conditioned with min-split, satellite television, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, bottled water and breakfast bar. Also an ample living and dining area with modern new furnishings, overhead fans, alarm clock, washer and dryer, safe, BBQ grill, iron and ironing board, linens and towels. Maid service one (1) day per week, extra service available for approximately 275 pesos.

A short and pleasant stroll to many unique Old Town stores and boutiques and the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Centrally located just off the South Side's main street of Olas Altas. No pets; kids allowed; smoking only outside please. Sleeps up to two (2) guests. Please note that this condominium does not have elevator. Built in 2007, with approximately 900 square feet or 85 sq. meters.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $150 per night except holidays (with a $995.00 weekly rate); Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $110 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $195 per night.
